Clinician – Early Relational Health, Residential
Under the supervision of the Director of Early Relational Health the Clinician- Early Relational Health is responsible for all relationship- based clinical care of residents in their assigned program(s). The Clinician- Early Relational Health completes relationship-based assessments and utilizes data to select trauma-informed therapeutic interventions of parent / child (ages 0-5) dyads. Additionally, the Clinician – Early Relational Health will operate as a member of a larger interdisciplinary treatment team in the provision of clinical and program services. The Clinician – Early Relational Health will promote the use of Brazelton Touchpoints, as well as the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency framework (ARC) and other relationally-based interventions in all activities with the goal of sustaining a safe and therapeutic environment for families in the program.

6.) Comply with HIPAA guidelines regarding resident rights and confidentiality.
7.) Comply with documentation and training set forth by Human Resources.
8.) Actively participate in CGE's clinical research efforts by ensuring accurate and timely completion and reporting for all assessments and evaluations.

Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Master’s degree in counseling, education, social work, or related field.
LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with adults / adolescents, mental health disorders, and residential settings. Understanding of a trauma-informed approach to addiction.
Post graduate education / certification in ERH or related field preferred.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) speaking preferred.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to be flexible to the daily changing needs within the community and to handle obstacles with compassion and resolve.
Current NJ driver's license; will be required to meet safe driving requirements.
Salary Description
$68,000 per year
