Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple teams working on client assignments and projects simultaneously
• Teacher / mentor to staff members – help them develop strategic goals in line with department goals and manage / monitor workload
• Contribute to conception and execution of firm initiatives
• Contribute to business development efforts, assisting with proposals and building a network
• Responsible for ensuring that clients understand the complete scope of their accounting, tax and business issues
• Anticipate issues, plan for their resolution and ensure appropriate and timely execution against the engagement plan
• Create technical memos and develop / lead training on specialized technical issues
• Manage engagement budgets, communicate change orders
• Identify client needs and opportunities to better serve our clients
• Develop more efficient job processes and expanded services utilizing the talents of other Sensiba specialists
