Key Responsibilities :

Identify Customer Needs and Deliver Tailored Insurance Solutions : Proactively engage with customers to uncover their unique insurance needs, provide customized quotes, promote multi-lining opportunities, and effectively communicate the value of choosing Milt Rawles - State Farm Insurance as their trusted partner.

Manage and Analyze Leads : Oversee the management of leads generated from aggregators, ensuring efficient follow-up and conversion strategies are in place.

Data-Driven Insights : Utilize reports and dashboards to analyze office activity and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance agency productivity.

Training and Development : Assist in the training and development of team members, providing guidance on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance overall performance.

Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with the agent to align on marketing goals and initiatives, developing strategies that drive growth and enhance customer engagement.

Performance Monitoring : Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback, helping team members achieve their individual and collective goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications :

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to build rapport with customers

Experience in sales preferred but not required

Required : Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License

Compensation : $90,000 - $100,000 per year
