Provide technical guidance and risk management for high-risk structures or projects. Maintain tracking of long-lead Structural & Soils items and prepare for coordination meetings. Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Structural, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Management (or equivalent) 5+ years of experience in design engineering, consulting, or construction management. Geotechnical / Concrete background a plus Strong knowledge of Structural & Soils and North Texas geotechnical conditions. Analytical and relationship-building skills for client and trade partner collaboration. Local candidates preferred
