Support Specialist
Location : Warminster, PA
Employment Type : Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound and receive inbound calls from agents to assist with certification processes and service-related issues
Learn and apply HIPAA, LIMRA, and CMS compliance guidelines
Follow up with carriers on enrollment and application statuses
Provide product information and support to agents regarding health products
Manage and respond to incoming emails from agents, carriers, and internal staff
Provide product rate quotes across multiple product lines
Share information about certifications, webinars, and training sessions
Coordinate and track certification progress with internal teams
Manage supply orders for agents and the home office
Utilize internal systems including agent database and online enrollment tools
Support additional duties and projects as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred but not required)
Preferred Skills :
Professional and articulate with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Quick learner and tech-savvy, with the ability to troubleshoot online tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
Familiarity with Medicare and insurance concepts is a plus
