Entry-Level Financial Advisor – Foster Klima

Location :  The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD.  We can only hire Agents / Advisors who reside in MN, ND, and SD. As an Agent / Advisor for Foster Klima, there is no Sales Territory.  Our Agents / Advisors can do business with any client who resides in the USA. No territory restrictions — serve clients nationwide

Compensation :  First-year average $80,000 – $105,000 with high earning potential

We’ll provide the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed. You’ll work with individuals and businesses to help them understand their financial goals and create personalized strategies to achieve them.

Training & Licensing Support

We cover the cost of your licensing and provide full support as you earn :

  • Life & Health Insurance License (within 90 days of hire)
  • Securities Licenses (6 / 63, 7 and 65 / 66. 7 & 65 / 66 preferred )
  • All educational materials are provided through Kaplan, a leading provider of licensing prep.

  • Grow your client base through networking and referrals
