How do you excel in this position

The Branch Sales Lead is responsible for driving aftermarket growth through proactive engagement with contractors, end-users, and internal branch teams. This role focuses on OEM parts, lifecycle replacements, and upgrades within assigned accounts or territories. Combining elements of sales support and business development, the Parts focused Branch Sales Lead supports customer needs at the retail counter, over the phone, and in the field. By acting as a trusted commercial resource, this role enables Sales Engineers and Parts Sales Management to focus on strategic growth while ensuring timely parts availability, accurate quoting, and customer satisfaction.
