Service Office Administrator

In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. This position is an administrative position that provides clerical and administrative support to the vehicle service operations. The position works closely with the Vehicle Management Officer performing routine daily tasks and administrative functions as assigned.

Prepare temp tagsSign out busesUpdate the movement of units in S2K subletUpdate daily log of bus movement on the "O" DriveMaintain lot mapBuild folders for InventoryTake photos of buses when assigned by the Marketing DepartmentReview production schedule to recognize any issues with dates for customersPrepare weekly shop shipped reportsPrepare release forms for transfersScan in Inspection Sheets for all units into S2KCorrespond by email to sales rep and / or customer as assignedView and prep the RO's for closing and cash outReview the RO's for errors and doc's prior to closePrepare completion notices for each closingUpdate GAS Sheet with New Units that have arrivedAdd the check in dates to the RO'sPrint up packets for the GAS and CNG as neededAssist Service Writer as NecessaryOther duties as assigned.Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent and two years general office experienceWillingness and ability to work as a team playerStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood Organizational skillsGeneral knowledge of office practices and proceduresSelf-starter, highly motivated and exhibits great initiativeComputer skills (Word, Excel)Good typing skillsPhysical Requirements
