We are seeking a Client Finance Analyst to join our growing Client Finance team. This pivotal role supports Client Finance leads, helping to run the day-to-day fiscal management of a division of Real Chemistry and assisting in revenue reporting and forecasting.

This is a hybrid role, based in one of our US officesBoston, Chicago, Carmel, or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What You'll Do :

• Maintain client project financials, including project set up, budget management, revenue rule set up and maintenance.
• Assist in preparing invoicing trackers and financial health reporting.
• Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure timely client billing and compliance with client contractual agreements.
• Manage and organize SOW / PO documentation for audit compliance.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections.
• Support Finance Managers and Directors on an ad hoc basis as needed.

Working with Real HART : Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities.
