Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager

Responsible for developing performance and business plans for partner health systems to develop and optimize existing home infusion pharmacy services.

Job Duties :

• Serves as primary contact for partner health systems around planning dependencies, scheduling, and project planning
• Supports stakeholder interviews and management across partner health systems to develop and execute home infusion business plan
• Develops project plan for all home infusion pharmacy implementation workstreams and serves as central point of contact for all Geisinger resources
• Lead project management, data analytics, and deliverables to meet partner health system needs
• Leads development of all final deliverables to include both financial modeling and executive level presentations
• 15% nation-wide travel may be required

Position Details :

Education : Bachelor's Degree- (Required), Master's Degree- (Preferred)

Experience : Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required)
