We are seeking an organized, motivated, and communication-driven Entry Level Communications Assistant to support our onsite team in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with internal communication between departments to keep projects on track.
Help prepare written materials, meeting notes, summaries, and internal updates.
Maintain organized files, project records, and tracking documents.
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and following up on action items.
Provide general administrative support as needed for the communications and project teams.
Attend team meetings and contribute to workflow improvements and organization.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor's degree a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work onsite daily in Los Angeles.
