HCM TradeSeal is a technology specializing in working with construction companies to integrate their payroll to produce Certified Payroll and Union Reports. HCM TradeSeal helps construction employers mitigate risk and save money on their payroll, costing, and reporting cycle.
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals, managing schedules, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Help optimize the sales process
- Reach out to leads and assist with hitting our attempt goals per contact.
- Set initial appointments with leads to support the sales team
- Leading scripted demos with potential clients and scheduling follow-up calls for in-depth technical demonstrations with our sales team.
- Send contracts via DocuSign on sales executive's behalf and follow up for signatures and invoices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field1 year prior sales experience or equivalent.Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with HubSpotExperience working with DocuSign or similar softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience with payroll or HR systems is a plus!What We Offer
