In this role youll be both the architect and the coach behind our GTM systems strategy- designing implementing and optimizing the tools and processes that keep our commercial teams performing at championship level. Youll orchestrate integrations across CRM (Salesforce) quote and order management (Salesforce CPQ) marketing automation (HubSpot) and ERP (NetSuite)- ensuring clean data and enabling Sales Marketing and Customer Success to win together.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Call the plays : Lead the design implementation and optimization of GTM systems and processes to drive efficiency scalability and growth with Salesforce as your key playmaker.
• Coordinate the enterprise offense : Direct the planning coordination and execution of enterprise business systems initiatives to support corporate objectives and operational excellence.
• Keep the scoreboard accurate : Define and uphold GTM data governance and system architecture standards to ensure consistency reliability and trust across all revenue data.
• Team up for success : Partner closely with Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance to translate business goals into scalable system capabilities.
• Connect the ecosystem : Oversee integrations across Salesforce HubSpot Xactly and NetSuite to create seamless data flow and visibility across departments.
• Automate the win : Champion automation AI and process simplification to reduce manual work and accelerate outcomes across the GTM organization.
• Power the analytics engine : Collaborate on Catapults data warehouse initiative by ensuring accurate and reliable data extraction from all GTM systems.
• Lead your squad : Manage and mentor a global team coaching them to deliver consistent reliable and scalable system performance.
• Drive adoption : Lead change-management initiatives to ensure smooth rollouts and strong user adoption of new systems and tools.

Compensation & Benefits

The target Total Compensation range for this position is $100711 - $201423 per year. This range is inclusive of base salary and a target incentive plan (which may include equity commission or other bonus structures).

Your specific compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as your geographic location relevant experience and job-related skills.
