Responsibilities
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordinationSupport RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document controlHelp track material procurement and delivery timelinesAttend jobsite meetings and assist with field coordinationMaintain accurate project records and reportingCollaborate with design teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with safety protocols and quality standardsQualifications
4+years of experience in commercial constructionStrong understanding of construction processes and documentationProficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)Excellent communication and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
