Air Expedite Team Lead-1

Job Title

Utilizes FedEx QDM methodologies to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met by supporting management with advanced problem solving, workload distribution, reporting and agent feedback.

Essential Functions

• Analyzes, develops, and implements solutions for service-related issues for internal and external customers.
• Coordinates projects and training initiatives for the workgroup and organization.
• Leverages technical expertise in providing guidance to Air Expedite Team Members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School / GED diploma required. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education / degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience :

Five years of FedEx Express Air Expedite experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Strong Office 365 skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated problem solving, teamwork and human relations skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Skilled at managing multiple systems and priorities in fast-paced settings. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience in logistics, coordination, or planning preferred; customs / brokerage a plus. Excellent communication, customer service focus, attention to detail, organization, and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.

Pay Transparency :

Pay : Pay Grade (SH27). Position not eligible for sponsorship.

Additional Details :

The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN.
