Job Title : Senior Integration Software Engineer (Remote)

Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a Professional Services development team. This is a contract, remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the continental U.S. The role involves delivering short-term client projects (ranging from a few days to several weeks) that include designing, developing, and implementing custom integrations and applications.

What You’ll Do :

Gather and analyze client integration requirements and determine project feasibility using available APIs.

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, including HTML5 web applications, Node.js services, CRM / CTI integrations, and web services integrations .

Collaborate directly with clients via calls and web conferences to explain solutions in a clear, non-technical manner.

Manage multiple short-term projects independently, ensuring delivery within timelines.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience in application or integration software development (preferably with call center or telephony systems such as Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco).

3+ years of web development experience (HTML5, JavaScript, frameworks like jQuery, Bootstrap, Backbone.js, etc.).

1+ year with web app hosting / services (Heroku, OpenShift, or Node.js).

Experience integrating with CRMs / enterprise platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, Zendesk, etc.).

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, SaaS, PaaS) and web APIs (SOAP, REST, WebSockets).

Comfortable working in Unix-based environments.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
