About the Role
We’re looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Team Support Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and our teams focused on what they do best. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to functional leaders and HR across a variety of tasks—from scheduling and documentation to coordination and communication.

What You’ll Do
General Team Support
- Assist department leaders with scheduling meetings, organizing files, and tracking tasks
- Help coordinate recurring team processes, events, or communications
- Support project logistics and follow-ups—no two days are the same
HR & People Operations Assistance
Help with scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and preparing new employee materialsMaintain accurate records, help track training / compliance needs, and support engagement activitiesOffice & Administrative Tasks
Ensure the office is well-stocked and functioning smoothly (supplies, mail, printing, vendors, etc.)Support with internal communications and announcementsAssist in planning and executing in-person and virtual eventsWho You Are
