Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and devise personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply research-based interventions to bolster patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work in synergy with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Guide patients and their families on effective therapy practices to ensure continuous improvement at home
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to keep patients on the path to recovery
