Here’s what you’ll be doing :

Manage Appointments : Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the Epic electronic health record system to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Communicate with Patients : Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, confirming appointments, providing necessary information, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.

Coordinate with Teams : Work with clinical staff and other departments to resolve scheduling conflicts, optimize clinic flow, and efficiently use resources.

Here’s what you’ll have :

Experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare or medical setting, with strong proficiency in the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system for scheduling and patient management.
