Position : Controller

Job Duties :

Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, particularly for inventory and COGS, while maintaining compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements. Utilize ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite, QBO, BILL, Plex Systems, and Datarails to streamline reporting and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with auditors and monitor key inventory and cost management KPIs, such as turnover rates and holding costs, leveraging data from WMS platforms like Warehance and Packiyo. Prepare financial reports with data-driven insights and recommendations to support cost efficiency and business decisions. Develop and maintain a cost accounting system for inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials, production, and storage costs. Analyze inventory costs to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce expenses, and support pricing strategies. Oversee domestic and international inventory accounting, including reconciliation of financial records with physical stock. Coordinate with supply chain, production, and procurement teams to ensure accurate inventory movement, tracking, and compliance with international trade regulations.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related
• 2 years of experience in job offered or related (Accounting Manager) - 2 years of experience must include knowledge of inventory & cost management, financial reporting, NetSuite, QBO, BILL, Plex Systems, Datarails, KPI, WMS, Warehance and Packiyo.

Salary Range : $109,000 ~ $140,000 per year

Work Hours : 40 hours / week
