The Job :

The Operations Data Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of operational data that supports renewable energy project delivery, field service coordination, and vendor management. This role ensures that data flowing through Airtable is clean, aligned, and audit ready. Working closely with vendor operations, compliance, IT, and field teams, the Coordinator is responsible for performing data audits, resolving inconsistencies, and driving improvements to data intake and validation workflows across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities :

1. Data Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Review and correct data entries for accuracy and completeness across Airtable, particularly related to :

Site specific records for equipment shipments

  • Site handover between PM and Service
  • Vendor technician performance and certification tracking
  • Support standardization of data (such as site names and contract information) from various sources
  • Conduct regular data integrity checks and enforce data quality standards for field and vendor data
  • Understanding supply flows and service transitions to support cross-functionally
  • Ensure the strategic reduction of data correction efforts
  • 2. Data Validation & Reconciliation

  • Perform periodic audits to identify, investigate, and resolve missing, outdated, or inconsistent records across systems
  • Reconcile project, technician, and service data between Airtable project databases and ServiceNow records
  • Partner with business units to correct discrepancies in a timely manner
  • 3. Process Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to data entry, storage, and processing workflows to the Service Operations team
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as PM and FS, to streamline data governance processes
  • 4. Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with compliance and cyber security teams during audits or vendor reviews
  • Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience in data quality, data operations, or systems coordination
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Airtable and ServiceNow
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Proficient in Excel for data reporting and reconciliation
  • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
  • Work Location and Status :

  • Contract-to-Hire, Hybrid role out of Houston, TX

  • For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $55,000 - $86,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
