Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient health. Daily tasks include assessing patient needs, collaborating with the healthcare team, maintaining patient records, and providing patient and family education. The nurse will work in various settings such as inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and specialty programs to support the diverse behavioral health needs of our patients.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• CPR and BLS certifications
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for mental health care
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
