Responsibilities and Duties of Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver :

Assist clients with :

  • Personal hygiene, dressing, bathing
  • Ambulation assistance
  • Prepares meals and snacks
  • Accompany patient on errands and medical appointments
  • Perform light housekeeping activities
  • Medication reminders
  • Observe and report on each client’s condition

    • Qualifications and Skills for Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver

  • One year of experience as a Caregiver / Home Health Aide in home or facility
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
