LHH seeks a Bilingual Program Manager to oversee vital services for women, teens, and children across multiple community sites. This is an onsite position in San Francisco, CA.
What You’ll Do : As a key leader, you’ll manage the Drop-in Center and Domestic Violence Response Team, supervise staff across various locations, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You’ll also :
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management for program staff
- Oversee client documentation and data reporting for grants and contracts
- Step in to provide direct services when needed
- Foster strong community partnerships and internal collaboration
- Ensure safety protocols and daily operations run smoothly
- Represent the organization as part of the management team
What You Bring :
A BA / BS in Social Work, Nonprofit Administration, Business, or related fieldA minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience in a nonprofit settingA minimum of 3 years working with underserved communities.Proven ability to manage government grants / contracts in the non profit sectorBilingual in English and Spanish (required)Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift / push / pull 25+ lbs and navigate stairs regularlyValid CA Driver’s License and insurabilityFingerprint clearance (Live Scan)Flexibility working occasional evening, weekend, and / or holiday hours for community events.Bonus Points For :
