Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview :

The  7x National Champion Arizona Rattlers Indoor Football Team is seeking highly motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our Inside Sales Team . As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for introducing fans to Rattlers football by selling season tickets, group tickets, flex packages, and partnership packages , while also providing exceptional service to our current and prospective fan base. This position is designed to serve as a launching pad into a career in sports sales and is perfect for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the sports industry.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively sell season ticket memberships , group ticket packages , flex packages, and partnership packages through outbound calls, emails, in-person meetings, networking events, and arena tours.
• Provide superior customer service to all ticket buyers, with a focus on building long-term relationships and retaining accounts.
• Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and referrals.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software.
• Assist in the planning and execution of group theme nights and fan experience packages to drive attendance and engagement.
• Represent the Rattlers at home games , team events , and community appearances to develop and strengthen client relationships.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals as set by management.
• Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training and development programs.
