Airpex Cooling Heating and Plumbing is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician with a strong ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while confidently offering solutions and upgrades to customers . If youre a customer-focused technician who enjoys problem-solving and closing sales , we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do :

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on system performance and recommend upgrades, replacements, or maintenance plans.
• Provide top-notch customer service while identifying sales opportunities for additional services.
• Present estimates and close sales on new equipment installations and indoor air quality products.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
• Follow company safety policies and industry best practices.

What Were Looking For :

• HVAC experience (3+ years preferred).
• EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Sales experience or a strong ability to upsell and educate customers on service options.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
