    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Head of Automation to lead a transformative initiative that is central to the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading a company-wide automation strategy, with a focus on building and leading specialized automation teams. This role is pivotal in establishing automation as a strategic function across all departments, driving operational excellence through the creation of AI-powered automation solutions. The Head of Automation will work closely with the CTO and CEO, and will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered business operations, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and the autonomy to define how automation adds value to the enterprise.

    Applicants for the Head of Automation position at the company should be strategic automation leaders with a proven track record in high-growth environments. Technical excellence in Node.js, Python, GenAI / LLM technologies, and agentic frameworks is essential, as is experience in data and AI, particularly in data modeling and ontology design. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to lead the development of automation solutions and integrate existing tools with the company's AI platform. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, a focus on measurable business impact, and a strong background in team building and management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years in automation and 3 years in leadership roles.
