Job Title : System Level Test Engineer
Location : Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
Perform system-level test and validation of Nvidia SoCs and ASICs, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability.
Work closely with DFT and ATE teams to develop robust test methodologies and flows.
Conduct post-silicon validation and characterization of system-on-chip designs, identifying and resolving issues in silicon and test environments.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python or similar scripting languages.
Collaborate with cross-functional design, validation, and product engineering teams to analyze failures and drive corrective actions.
Support hardware bring-up, debug, and system characterization activities in the lab.
Generate technical documentation, test plans, and reports for both internal and customer-facing deliverables.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Strong experience in SoC / ASIC validation, system-level testing, and characterization .
Hands-on experience with ATE platforms and DFT methodologies .
Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis.
Solid understanding of post-silicon validation flows , hardware bring-up, and debug.
Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab instrumentation.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience with Nvidia SoCs or GPU-based architectures.
Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DisplayPort).
Exposure to machine learning or GPU computing platforms.
Familiarity with continuous integration and automation frameworks.
