Elite Medical Transport is seeking dedicated and compassionate EMT-Basics to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. As an EMT with Elite, you'll be part of a mission-driven organization that delivers lifesaving emergency and non-emergency medical care with professionalism, dignity, and compassion.

What You'll Do

  • As an EMT-Basic, you will :
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emergency and non-emergency calls.
  • Provide pre-hospital patient care, including assessment, treatment, and transport in line with state and company protocols.
  • Deliver compassionate care, prioritizing patient dignity, safety, and privacy at all times.
  • Safely operate and maintain ambulance equipment and emergency vehicles, ensuring readiness for every call.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, hospitals, and medical professionals.
  • Complete accurate and timely patient care reports and documentation.
  • Support team operations through base duties such as restocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and assisting at public events or stand-bys.
  • Represent Elite Medical Transport with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
