Position Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Finance will lead GTI Fabrication’s finance function and drive financial performance. As a key member of our executive team, this strategic leader will build and scale the accounting and finance team, implement robust financial reporting practices, manage our ERP systems (including NetSuite), and optimize cash flow and capital strategy. The ideal candidate is a dynamic finance executive with a CPA (or equivalent) and proven success in financial planning and analysis within high-volume manufacturing or related industries. This Phoenix-based role offers significant influence and is critical to aligning financial operations with our company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing accounting and finance team in a mid-market manufacturing environment.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Drive ERP system implementation (NetSuite) and improve overall financial systems and workflows.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and develop effective treasury and credit strategies.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting and forecasting, to align with operational goals.
• Work directly with banks and lending institutions to increase and manage lines of credit.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial operations with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and internal controls.
