This B2B Senior Marketing Manager role will drive the next phase of growth for SMB Team by testing, learning and scaling new marketing channels that generate marketing-qualified leads and revenue. By identifying existing and emerging opportunities across paid and performance media that reach our target audience, you will expand our paid channel mix, uncover new areas of success, and strengthen our overall marketing efficiency. Your work ensures we invest in what works, operationalize proven channels, and continuously evolve our marketing strategy through data-backed experimentation, insight, and results.

The base salary for this role is $100,000 - $105,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities :
Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with the Marketing creative team and paid team, as well as project manager, to work together cohesively and collaboratively
- Along with your manager, define the KPIs for your channels that align with success
- Set an example across the team as a proactive, hands-on, and analytical Marketer
- Stay on top of marketing trends for email, SMS, websites and content
- Ensure everything you create represents SMB team's brand and tone with professionalism and accuracy
Email / SMS Strategy and Execution
Own the overarching strategy of email and SMS targeting- who, when, why, etc. with the goal of improving email engagement and effectiveness, without sacrificing the prospect / client experience or brand reputationManage the HubSpot lists, workflows, and sequences to put the strategy into action cleanly, partnering with Sales to ensure we take a 'prospect / client-first' approachTrack and improve email and SMS KPIsTurn email into a clear value-add channel, increasing prospect engagement, meetings scheduled, new clients won, and client expansionsReport on and analyze email and SMS performanceWebsite Management
Viewing our internal team as an agency, you own the SMB Team website for the companyPartner with the internal Website / SEO team to advance on our goals most efficiently and effectivelyDetermine the website KPIs and our baseline metrics to improve uponFrom user experience to accuracy to content, SEO and AI strategy to lead generation, maximize the impact of the website to bring in organic leads as well as drive down our overall ad CACReport on and analyze website performanceContent Strategy and Creation
Along with your team, determine the content strategy for the website, social media, email, the sales' experience, and moreCo-create a content calendar and manage the execution of aspects of it alongside your team membersLeverage expertise across the company to create content that is value-add, educational and represents our brand wellLeverage AI to improve the speed and efficiency of content creation, while ensuring the substance and brand reflection quality is high
