Michael Best is looking for a Data + Design BI Architect to join our Marketing and Business Development team, focusing on transforming complex revenue and marketing data into intuitive, actionable insights. This role is central to empowering marketers and business developers with seamless data pipelines, smart integrations, and exceptional user experiences.

You will help architect and maintain data infrastructure supporting revenue generation, campaign performance tracking, customer segmentation, and strategic growth initiatives. Your work will directly influence how marketing and business development teams interact with data, making it accessible, engaging, and easy to act on.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and maintain automated data pipelines for business intelligence, marketing analytics, CRM integration, and campaign tracking.
  • Build and manage APIs connecting marketing platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) with internal systems.
  • Architect and optimize data models supporting KPIs, funnel analysis, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate on Power BI dashboard design, ensuring intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Understand workflows of marketers and business developers to design data tools that enhance usability and decision-making.
  • Champion UX best practices in dashboard layout, interactivity, and storytelling to drive adoption.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Identify and correct data quality issues to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-3+ years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation, automation, and dashboard development.
  • Experience with Microsoft data stack : Azure, Power BI, SQL Server, Power Automate.
  • Experience with API development and integration with marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to design user-centric dashboards balancing technical depth with visual clarity.
  • Understanding of UX principles in data visualization and self-service analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Other :

  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
