Position Responsibilities
- Maintain contact lists and update records as needed to ensure that marketing campaigns are reaching targeted criteria / recipients
- Assist with coordinating data imports and exports to ensure the smooth integration of data and minimize potential data duplication
- Assist with compiling campaign list from Salesforce contacts or external third-party services
- Collaborate with Sales Data Management and IT Teams in performing routine data cleansing for primary Salesforce objects
- Perform data migration activities : Collect data, cleanse data, and transform data
- Support users through the helpdesk – Manual data updates through an active work queue (email status updates, record merging).
- Support data management to improve Salesforce data growth, accuracy, and quality.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
- Perform other duties / projects assigned within the department as position grows
What We're Looking For :
