Healthcare Community Liaison

Full-Time | Fayetteville, NC (60-mile radius) | Sales & Marketing | $60k-$105k

Compensation :

Competitive base salary plus monthly / quarterly performance incentives, with total earning potential of $60,000$105,000 annually.

At Healthkeeperz , our mission is simple yet powerful : Caring for all people for the glory of God. Were looking for a Healthcare Community Liaison to expand access to care across our continuum of services Hospice, Home Medical Equipment (HME), and Case Management Programs .

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and community organizations.
  • Represent Healthkeeperz at community events, health fairs, and professional gatherings.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that educate and inspire community partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service transitions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Track outreach activity and referral growth using our CRM system.

    • What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations (Hospice or HME preferred).
  • Confident communicator and public speaker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Bachelors degree preferred; valid drivers license required.
