Job Description :
The University of Florida Veterinary Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team at our equine and small animal hospital at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL. The Client Service Representative is responsible for coordinating daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visit, and acting as a liaison between the client and staff to ensure the visit goes smoothly. Available Shifts :
Varying shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm. Some weekend and holiday shifts required.
This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment.
Expected Salary : 17-20 hourly
Minimum Requirements :
Veterinary CSR I : High school diploma or equivalent and one year relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational / technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Veterinary CSR II : High school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational / technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a relevant field
More than two years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, and handling horses
