Description Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols; i.e. provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination / case management, and leadership. Required Qualifications : Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 1 year recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate 2 years of Behavioral Health assignments only : In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health. Preferred Qualifications : 2 years recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting Recent prior experience with phone triage 3 years of Behavioral Health assignments only : Progressive experience, including medication management.
