Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Assist with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Previous experience in office environment.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education : No Degree Required
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications :
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Proven customer service experience.
Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, patient demeanor.
Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
