Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and assist employees with plan information and enrollment
Manage open enrollment processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in benefits systems
Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve benefits issues and maintain compliance
Stay current with federal, state, and local benefits regulations and ensure organizational adherence
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of employee benefit data and changes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
Commitment to providing exceptional employee service and maintaining confidentiality
