Summary of the Opportunity
Client Overview : We are hiring for a cutting-edge technology company in the gaming industry.
Role Summary : As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will drive the next wave of growth for Microsoft Gaming by targeting the New-to-Xbox audience with Mobile and Cloud Gaming solutions. You will manage strategic partnerships with major technology brands, analyze and improve the cloud gaming funnel, and lead cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cloud gaming funnel analysis and develop conversion improvement strategies.
Manage relationships with established technology brands and identify expansion opportunities.
Lead go-to-market program management, including calls, project statuses, and cross-team introductions.
Track deliverables, execute campaigns, manage reviews, and handle partner communications.
Maintain strategic partnership roadmaps and report on executed programs' success metrics.
Match partners' target market motivations with appropriate game titles for strategic title alignment.
Innovate and document processes, create guides, and establish best practices.
Define OKRs, maintain reporting on campaigns, and evaluate success against strategic goals.
Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :
5-7 years of experience in strategic partner management, particularly with big technology partners.
Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and presentation.
Strong PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations.
Experience with subscriptions and understanding of funnel management.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
Passion for gaming and understanding of cloud gaming.
