Job Title : HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to support our commercial service team in the vibrant DC area. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in service or repair of commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, VAV, VRF, Building automation systems and split systems. This position requires exceptional technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, and split systems.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on jobs.
• Assist junior technicians with technical support, offering advice and troubleshooting assistance when needed.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to address urgent service needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.

Direct hire they offer a truck, phone and laptop, They will do quarterly bonuses and pay increases. Over medical vision dental health

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Beltsville,MD.
