Automotive Service Cashier Receptionist

We are seeking a Service Cashier / Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department. This role includes handling customer payments answering phones scheduling service appointments and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized professional and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday Friday with some Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities

Greet service customers in a professional friendly manner

Process payments for service invoices accurately and efficiently (cash card financing etc.)

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member

Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar

Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area

Handle light administrative duties such as filing scanning and data entry

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely assistance

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cashier receptionist or customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software

Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Professional appearance and demeanor
