• Qualifications :
• 2-3 years' experience as a General Sales Manager

• Excellent ability to build a culture and hit goals that are setThe California pay range for this position is $140,000.00-220,000.00 annually.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
