What you’ll do…

Enchanted Rock is currently developing the most cutting-edge Microgrid Management System, leveraging its extensive fleet of distributed energy resources. As the sole company with such a vast array under management, we're committed to delivering top-tier Microgrid-centered products and services. The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of these high-quality offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical acumen in power generation and operations, coupled with significant experience in product management. Additionally, they should excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our objectives.

You’ll make an impact by :

  • Partnering with engineers, sales, field operations, and other stakeholders to define energy product requirements and specifications.
  • Managing the full product lifecycle : ideation, development, launch, operations, and end-of-life (EOL).
  • Developing and communicating a clear product strategy aligned with company goals and energy market trends.
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap incorporating technical, business, and customer needs.
  • Gathering and prioritizing requirements through market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Ensuring products meet customer needs for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicating product changes effectively to internal teams and external customers.
  • Supporting creation of technical specifications, operational processes, and marketing collateral.
  • Staying current on emerging energy technologies, distributed power systems, and microgrid solutions.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects and product enhancements.

Requirements : What you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Power Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on power generation, distributed energy, utilities, or related technology.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and lifecycle best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

  • Have direct experience with microgrid solutions, generator sets, or distributed energy resources.
  • Bring expertise in data-driven decision-making, product roadmaps, and influencing technical and commercial partners.
  • Maintain an active understanding of the evolving energy and utility landscape, including new technologies and customer needs.
