Norfolk Collegiate School is seeking an energetic and strategic Associate Director of Development and Alumni Engagement to join our Advancement Office. This full-time position reports to the Assistant Head for Advancement and is responsible for developing and implementing robust annual giving programs and dynamic alumni engagement initiatives.
The Associate Director inspires meaningful relationships within the Norfolk Collegiate community-fostering a culture of philanthropy and service among current families, alumni, and other supporters. This includes managing a multi-channel annual giving campaign, coordinating alumni events, supporting major gift efforts, and serving as the primary liaison to the Norfolk Collegiate Alumni Board of Directors.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a creative and proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will bring experience in fundraising or alumni relations, enthusiasm for working with volunteers, and a commitment to advancing the mission of Norfolk Collegiate.
