Job Description
Job Purpose : Ultimately responsible for preventative and diagnostic maintenance of equipment.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machinery
- Support with machine improvement and the installation of new equipment
- Must have controls, robot programming, and automation experience
- Complete TPM activities on workshop equipment
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor
- Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experienceTechnical certification in mechanical, electrical, or other technical field preferred3-5 years verifiable experience in Industrial MaintenanceSpecific experience maintaining stamping presses preferredStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAutomation experience requiredWell versed in standard preventative maintenance protocolsProficient in use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment and appropriate PPEProficient in metal cutting, welding, drilling and tappingWorking knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systemsWorking knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic devices and controlsWorking knowledge of electrical distribution systems and LOTO proceduresPrevious experience maintaining air compressors a plusPrevious experience programming automated equipment including robotsAbility to perform active job duties that require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbingAbility to lift and / or move 50 lbsAdditional Information
