About the Role :

As Director of Nursing, you'll oversee all aspects of resident care, lead a dedicated wellness team, and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends compliance, care planning, coaching, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, manage, and update individualized service plans

Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to wellness staff

Communicate regularly with families, physicians, and healthcare partners

Oversee medication setup, delivery, and documentation

Respond to health concerns and resident emergencies

Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal standards

Support resident safety, wellness, and independence

What You’ll Need :

Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska

At least 1 year of experience in senior care

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong clinical knowledge of medications and wellness needs

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to serve as Manager on Duty, including some evenings / weekends
