Full-time Provider to work closely with the Market Medical Director

Provider plays a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation.

Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.

Geriatrics fellowship preferred but not required

Outpatient Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

80% clinical 20% administrative

10-12 Patients per day
