WHAT TO EXPECT AS A PLANNING AND DESIGN SPECIALIST

In this full-time planning and design role, you'll support the development of master plans, feasibility studies, and site analyses. You'll assist in preparing documentation for municipal entitlements, coordinate with city departments, and contribute to the design and layout of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
