As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Moline, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service to those on site. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the facility and / or surrounding areas.

Assist with controlling access to the premises, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
