Physician / Primary Care / Victor Valley CA

• New position join 13 other providers
• Must be Board Eligible / Certified-Family or Internal Medicine
• CA licensed
• 4 days / 10-hour shifts or 5 days / 8-hour shifts.
• No call
• $275k-$320k depending on experience
• Potential performance bonus based on # pt assigned to PCP. Large panels have $80k+
• Mostly HMO with some PPO and Medicare FFS. All age ranges.
• EMR - Nextgen
• Patients per day - Average 20 for 10-hour days; 16 for 8 hour days minimum
• Relocation - negotiable.
• 2025 grads considered.
